About Department of Mathematics :
The Department of Mathematics was established in the year 1984 in this college. Dr. A. B. Buradkar, Associate Professor was Head of this Department since 1986 to September 2022. Another faculty Prof. Jyoti P. Dhage as Assistant Professor were faculty Member. Presently Miss Ashwini A. Burile is working as Assistant Professor and Head of Department since July 2023 and Miss. Kajal A. Kumbhare is working as a Assistant Professor since June 2022 on CHB.
The department (Mathematics) has one Computer Lab facility for performing their practicals for both UG and PG students.
Our vision is to create a community of mathematical learning in which we promote outstanding teaching, deep understanding. Also the depth of its teaching and research, and to be locally relevant through its role in the development of the community it serves.
To make Mathematics subject interesting and informative.

To provide our majors with opportunities for advanced study and research in mathematics and related fields, and applications of mathematical methods to real- world problems.

To prepare a secondary school teachers with a strong mathematics foundation and a mastery of effective teaching strategies.
Organizing conferences, workshops, seminars, poster and other competitions for the benefit of students and faculty.
Personal counseling to the needy students in departmental room.
Conducting unit test and college test examination.
Help students for their academic excellence to reach global standards.
Planning of Academic improvement.
